My name is William Shultz, I consider myself as a simple man, I have been a residential and commercial new build plumbing foreman for over 35 years. I started right out of high school in 1988 and I love being apart of building things from scratch weather it be a single family home to a 700,000 square foot warehouse.
Now I’ve been a marketer since 2012 to help build my retirement portfolio and I’ve always loved helping people find products and services that helps or improves their lives. With marketing I also have the ability do it on my timeline and being my own boss is something I’ve always wanted to do. I’ll bet it’s safe to say that’s probably most people’s dream.
My better half Karen and I have one son, his name is Nathan who also works with me as a Plumber and is a real estate investor to build is financial portfolio.
